After dealing with a leaky roof and other companies that could not promise that a repair would fix the leak, we saw the television commercial about DL-40 roofing system. We called on Tuesday and had the District Manager, Mr. Steve Stouder, out the very next day. He answered all our questions along with his great presentation. We signed up right then.

On Monday, Larry and his great crew were installing our new Buckskin aluminum roof. Larry and crew were very courteous and very knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and even those from some of our neighbors who came to watch. We live on a corner lot on a street with heavy traffic. We have watched cars stop; drivers look up at the roof then read the sign in the yard. We have met many walkers, who also stop and inquire about our great looking roof.

We were in need of a new roof for our home and had entertained the idea of a "metal" roof because of its durability compared to the standard shingled roof. While on lunch break at work, I saw a commercial on TV for the DL-40 Plus Aluminum Roofing System and made the call. Within days, a representative came out to our home, answered all of our questions, and gave us an exact price of the cost of their roof on our home. The representative explained all of the benefits of the roofing system such as reduced energy costs and durability. We knew we were making a wide decision by purchasing a wonderful product that would add value to the price of our home, decrease our energy costs, and make our home look spectacular.

The roofing team was reliable and awesome. They arrived on time and worked together to complete the job in what we thought was a short time period. They picked up the trash daily. The team was also considerate of our work schedules and our dogs in our backyard by keeping the gate closed.

After viewing a television commercial about Classic Products and Factory Direct Installations, Ltd., my wife telephoned and inquired about the rustic shingles. You telephoned and made an appointment with us to discuss installing rustic shingles on our home. We were extremely impressed with your sales technique in that you explained everything about the product, and explained the pros and cons too. To our surprise there were no cons about the shingles. The shingles make our home look one-hundred percent better and we can count on our utility bills to decrease about 25 percent. Cars stop in front of our home to marvel at the rustic shingles and the new face lift of our home. What we really like about the product is that it is warranted for life and the warranty is transferable to a buyer for fifty years from the date of installation. We also like the warranty for the shingles to remain bright and not to fade.

Mr. Lacinak, I want to let you know how pleased we were with the crew doing the installation of the rustic shingles. Mr. Dan Matthews, the Project Manager, saw to it that everything was done properly and made us feel assured that we had purchased a good product at a fair and reasonable price. His crew worked hard and fast and they were the most courteous and conscientious contractor workers we have ever experienced. We usually have to check the work of contractors. Not this time! We were comfortable with Dan at the helm and were really impressed and pleased with the work. Each day before they left the work site, everything was tidied up and all debris was cleaned up. Have I made a wise investment decision? Could I have negotiated a better price? Did a competitor offer a better product? These are but a few of the questions that, as a homeowner, I toiled over after having decided to utilize the services of Factory Direct Installations.

How wonderful it was to have all of my questions answered after having met my project technician, Jim Baker. When Jim and I met on the first day of work, I explained my concerns, desires and, perhaps with a bit of skepticism, conveyed my expectations of how I wanted the finished product to present itself. Jim didn't seem concerned and the scope of repairs required, prior to installation of the Revere steel siding, posed no unusual problem. All in all, Jim seemed to have the project under control. Or did he?

I decided to supervise the first day's work. Not that I am a carpenter or siding technician, but after all it's my money that I'm spending and I do consider myself a rather demanding person. So work began, and within one hour, I knew that Jim was the type of person I wanted managing this project. Never again did I question the quality of work. I didn't have to. Factory Direct Installations had already accomplished that chore by employing truly talented craftsmen.

As the job continued, I looked forward to coming home each afternoon to check the progress. Each day my home's appearance improved dramatically. The final day of work included the installation of vinyl shutters. That was the touch my home has been in need of for years.
